  1. Pompano Beach realtor appointed regional vice-president

    Ray Singhal, Realtor at Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate, was named Regional Vice President for the Council of Residential Specialists for a term of 2 years for Region 5 which includes the states of Georgia,  Alabama, North Florida and North Alabama.. As one of only 17 Regional Vice Presidents throughout the country, Singhal serves as a liaison between Chapters, the national Council and aids in the development of the state Chapters. In addition, Singhal works with Realtor State Associations to increase the awareness of the CRS designation, the highest designation awarded the Realtors. CRS is the Ph.D. equivalent of the residential real estate.
