    Background: This third restaurant from Gary Rack is, in my mind, his best. While many ideas from Table 42 Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar in Boca Raton and RACKS Italian Kitchen in North Miami Beach appear here, this restaurant seems much more chef driven. That chef would be Matthew Danaher, who here gets to call on his culinary training and fine dining experience while still staying true to the casual spirit of Downtown Eatery & Tavern.
