    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">They thought they had this crime in the bag, but they were mistaken. A pair of siblings from Florida was arrested for stealing chips from the Frito-Lay factory! When Darren Hagerman, 25, and Jessica Huggard, 22, were pulled over last Thursday, a police officer saw their van was stocked with hundreds of bags of chips. Hagerman claimed they took the snacks from a dumpster behind the Ocala, FL factory and were planning to sell them. Though the dumpster was behind a locked security gate, somehow Hagerman had a master key. Workers at the Frito-Lay plant say they&rsquo;ve had to chase Hagerman away multiple times over the years. The chip cheats were charged with burglary and grand theft.</span>
