A Pennsylvania Burger King gave one loyal customer a final trip through the drive-through Saturday &ndash; at his funeral. David Kime Jr.&rsquo;s entire funeral procession - including his hearse - stopped at the fast food joint and each mourner got a sandwich for the road. Kime, an 88-year-old World War II veteran, &ldquo;lived by his own rules,&rdquo; according to his daughter. He considered the lettuce on a burger his version of healthy eating. So it was only fitting that he &ldquo;had it his way&rdquo; in the end. Kime&rsquo;s burger was placed atop his flag-draped coffin at the cemetery. It was certainly a whopper of a funeral!</span>

Their six-storey mansion in East Sussex is midway through extensive renovations, during which builders discovered a 150cm pipe-shaped device which caused alarm.
