    Linda B. Carter has been President/CEO of the Community Foundation of Broward since 1997.  The Foundation provides leadership on community solutions and fosters philanthropy that connects people who care with causes that matter. Under her leadership the Foundation's assets have grown $150 million in 450 individual charitable Funds resulting in more than $60 million granted to community solutions during its 29 year history.  Current priorities include increasing high school graduation rates, expanding civic entrepreneurship, building community through the arts and strengthening the leadership of the nonprofit sector.
