    Edward H. Shaulis, 73, Hemlock Road, Jenner Township, died Oct. 31, 2011, at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 19, 1938, in Sipesville, son of Ernest and Mary (Arnold) Shaulis. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Frank; and sister-in-law, Sharon Shaulis. Survived by wife of 41 years, the former N. Delores Burnworth; son, Scott, married to the former Christina Shaffer, Gray; daughter, Amy, married to Mark Morrison, Summerhill; grandchildren, Nathan, Dylan, Faith, Joel and Joshua; sister, Pat, married to Reed Miller, Somerset; and numerous other relatives. Graduate of Somerset High School. Member of First Christian Church, Somerset; Somerset County Shrine; Somerset Lodge 358 F&AM; and Jenner Rod & Gun Club. Past employee of Bender Implement Co., Commonwealth Stone and Somerset Borough. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved to four-wheel with his grandchildren. Visitors were always requested to “bring a pie.” Viewing will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, where service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Pastor Sam Draper, presiding. Masonic service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment, Christ Casebeer Cemetery.
