    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">Singer/songwriter and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Bob Dylan received yet another honor when President Barack Obama presented him with the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation&rsquo;s highest civilian honor. The Medal of Freedom is presented to individuals who have contributed to the security of national interest of the country, world peace or to &ldquo;cultural and other significant endeavors,&rdquo; according to the White House. President Obama said Dylan helped redefine &ldquo;not just what music sounded like, but the message it carried and how it made people feel,&rdquo; adding that he had &ldquo;considerable influence on the civil rights movement of the 1960s and has had significant impact on American culture over the past five decades.&rdquo;</span>
