1. More For Justin Moore!

Justin Moore’s family is growing! He just announced that he and his wife, Kate are expecting their second child. The couple already has one daughter, Ella Kole, who is only a little over a year old and already loves music. “She loves Mickey Mouse…So, I’ll get my guitar and I’ll play, ‘Hot dog! Hot dog! Hot-diggity dog,’ which is a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse song. So, she likes when I do that stuff. But, it’s funny, I’ll hold a chord with my left hand or whatever and she’ll…like strum the guitar.” Justin releases his new album, Outlaws Like Me on June 21st.

7. Anthony Weiner — We've Seen Enough Of You

The Hartford Courant
Anthony Weiner, I'm looking at you, so stop tweeting for a minute and put the cameras away. Mark Sanford, I don't care if you won, you should listen, too. And so should anybody else running for office, because I'm about to explain The Five Rules...

9. Home Depot hammers the little guy, again

In regard to your article about the hot dog stands at Home Depot ("Home Depot tells owners of hot dog stands to relocate," May 17), I am appalled that the Big Box Bully would crush a small business owner in this environment. To throw out a long-time vendor that brings a nice added touch to this behemoth is unfathomable to me and should anger all small business owners especially the small businesses that use Home Depot for their own livelihood.

11. National Restaurant Association show: Samples, swag draw thousands

The National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show (or as convention-goers say, "No, not that NRA ...") is the yearly confab of food and hospitality professionals at McCormick Place that began Saturday and ends Tuesday. As national conventions go, this one is unimaginably vast and gobsmackingly specific.

BALTIMORE — As long as there are 8-year-olds, there will be baseball.
BALTIMORE — As long as there are 8-year-olds, there will be baseball. Bud Selig has produced revenue-sharing and value-escalation. He deserves much credit. The mothers of this country have produced a never-ending supply of baseball customers. They...

17. Long for a french fry fix?

Almost all of us have wandered past a fast food restaurant or hot dog stand and felt an overwhelming desire for an order of fries. That smell of potatoes and oil can get to anyone once in a while. No fried foods, we may tell ourselves, followed by self-messages on the evils of high-cal, high-salt options.

23. Seeing what there is to see, and hearing too much, at Angel Stadium

It's another hymn of an evening down here in Anaheim, the French Riviera of freeways. Took a mere two hours to drive from L.A., which exceeds the capacity of many bladders. Fortunately, the kid in the back seat fell asleep in Azusa of all places, or the trip might've verged on the unpleasant.
