    PHL 17's Ashley Johnson &quot;Gets It Right, Gets It Tight" at the Fusion Cross Training studio in Center City. &nbsp;She works with Trainer Juliet Burgh on both exercising and learning about proper nutrition. &nbsp;The studio is known for their heart, muscle and mind workout. &nbsp;Ashley starts off with running on the treadmill which gets her heart pumping then goes through a strength training routine. &nbsp;Juliet then brings Ashley into her office and does a food assessment to see how she can help Ashley eat healthier. &nbsp;Ashley realizes it's best to shop the outskirts of a grocery store because that's where all the natural and unprocessed food is and to eat more green vegetables. &nbsp;Good news: Juliet says 90 percent of the time people should eat healthy and then there is a little room for having a treat.
