  9. UPDATE: Lancaster Police make third arrest in Diana Spencer murder case

    A third man is under arrest for the April 16th murder of Diana Spencer on Old Dorwart Street. Police say Jakwan Archie Green, 21, was present when Spencer was shot inside her home in the middle of the night at 26 Old Dorwart Street. Spencer, a 33 year-old mother of four, later died at Lancaster General Hospital. Police arrested two men, Oscar Manuel Martinez, 18, and  Christopher L. Lassitter, 24, within a few days of the crime. They said at the time they were investigating the possibility that others were present during the murder.
