    The recent deaths of two Kansas City men after the Warrior Dash have raised questions regarding the responsibility of organizers of sporting events. Jeremiah Morris and Jeff Fink both died after participating in the Warrior Dash at the end of July. Morris suffered an apparent heat stroke during the race.
