  3. Randy Travis - Arrested For DWI

<span style=&quot;font-size: small;">Randy Travis has had another run-in with the law. The Associated Press reports that the country icon has been charged with driving while intoxicated, as well as retaliation, after crashing his car. The latter charge, according to TMZ, allegedly came after the singer verbally threatened the arresting officer. This is the second time behind bars this year for the Texas resident, who was arrested Feb. 6 for public intoxication in Sanger, Texas, after police found him parked outside a church with an open bottle of wine. The most recent incident occurred in North Texas, near Randy's home of Tioga, around midnight. Luckily, no one was seriously injured in the single-car crash. Randy was found lying naked in the road after the crash. According to the Grayson County Sheriff's Office, the singer "had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and several signs of intoxication." After refusing both a breath and blood test to determine his sobriety, a judge granted a search warrant for a blood specimen and he was taken to a local hospital. It was on the ride to the hospital when Randy reportedly threatened to "shoot and kill" the officers working the case.</span>
