1. Ozzy's Wife Says No Divorce

<span style="font-size: small;">As rumors swirl around the state of their 31-year marriage, Sharon Osbourne yesterday said she and her husband, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, were “not getting divorced.” Speaking on yesterday’s episode of her daytime chat show The Talk, Sharon said, “Everything that was printed…has been distorted. We’re not getting divorced.” She went on to say, “He’s been using alcohol and prescription drugs for the past year and a half. That’s very true. Everybody knows he’s been struggling with this his entire life. However, am I happy? No. Am I upset? Yes, I am. I’m devastated.” Finally, adding levity to a serious subject, Sharon said, “We’re dealing with it and this too shall pass. 11. Heather Locklear Hospitalized

<span style="font-size: small;">Friday the 13th may just turn out to be Heather Locklear's lucky day after all. Though the former Melrose Place star was taken by ambulance to a hospital yesterday where she remained overnight, a hospital spokeswoman released a statement allaying fan (and family) fears saying that the actress "is in no danger." "Heather's family wants her fans to know that she is doing well," the spokeswoman for the Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in Thousand Oaks said last night, shortly after Locklear's admission to the emergency room. "She is out of harm's way…she is in no danger." The 50-year-old was taken from her home in Westlake Village to the facility after her sister placed a frantic 911 call saying she feared her famous sibling might harm herself. Paramedics responded and determined on sight that the actress did indeed require some medical evaluation. Reports quickly emerged that a mix of prescription drugs and alcohol caused the episode, though they remain unconfirmed. In any case, Locklear is said to be resting comfortably and due to be further evaluated today before any release, though her family is hopeful for a quick recovery from whatever it is that ailed her. "They're looking forward to her getting very, very well again and bringing her home," Carraway-Bowman said.
