  1. Robertson Comments On Helm's Ill Health

    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">A longtime member of The Band, Robbie Robertson yesterday issued a statement in response to the news that his bandmate Levon Helm is, according to his family,&rdquo; in the final stages of his battle with cancer.&rdquo; Robertson&rsquo;s statement read in part: &ldquo;On Sunday I went to New York and visited him in the hospital. Levon is one of the most extraordinary talented people I&rsquo;ve ever known and very much like an older brother to me.I am so grateful I got to see him one last time and will miss him and love him forever.&rdquo; Robertson and Helm were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994 as members of The Band.</span>

  3. Jason Aldean Sends Message To Boy With Cancer

    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">Jason Aldean took time to make a little boy&rsquo;s dream come true this week. Tyson Zimmer, a 7-year-old from Lincoln, Nebraska, is fighting an aggressive form of brain cancer and is a huge fan of the country superstar. After Tyson told a local country station his dream was to hear from Jason, they launched a campaign to help make it happen. Jason posted a video message on his Twitter to Tyson saying,&ldquo;Hope you&rsquo;re feeling better soon...and just wanted to know I was thinkin&rsquo; about ya, so take care and get well soon.&rdquo; Jason also sent Tyson a package of autographed items and promised his family tickets to an upcoming show where he will meet Jason face-to-face. </span>
