In a new interview with Radio Times, the 53-year-old X Factor judge confirms all the rumors about his ridiculous daily health regime. Cowell admits he does hundreds of pushups a day, adding, “I work out three or four times a week, I have Botox, take tons of vitamins and vitamin infusions – if you believe that these work, you will feel better.” He gets his vitamins - B12, magnesium, and vitamin C - intravenously (he is connected to an IV for half an hour), as well as through injections from a nurse who visits him at home. Cowell also admits in the interview that he had a bit of a breakdown last year because of his busy schedule, but recovered simply by turning off his phone. “It was bliss,” he said. “‘I went through a phase, it was probably just one unpleasant text message too many, but I thought, ‘This is going off for a day.’ And then it got to two days, then a week.”
