    At first glance you might think the Fix was at a convention of undercover spies. They asked us not to film this, not to show that, some gentlemen told us they don't want to talk to the press; you know stuff like that. A whole lot of secrecy involved. But in fact, this isn't a CIA training meeting or a FBI briefing...It's the OTC, the Offshore Technology Conference, a gathering of representatives of the oil and gas industry from all over the world that has been part of the Houston landscape since 1969.
