    After last episode&rsquo;s tizzy of events, this week&rsquo;s &ldquo;Homeland<em>&rdquo; </em>had a lot to make up for. The bad news is that it didn&rsquo;t quite repair the damage that Nazir&rsquo;s ridiculous plot wrought on this season.
