  13. Carlisle Man Tased after Resisting Arrest

    A man in Carlisle was tased by police early Wednesday morning after resisting arrest. Carlisle police were called to a domestic violence assault on South Hanover Street. Upon arrival, police found the victim bleeding outside the apartment and she was rushed to the hospital for treatment. The suspect, Paul Walters, 32, barricaded himself in the apartment to avoid arrest. Police forced entry into the apartment and tasered Walters when he would not listen to officers on the scene. The suspect was taken into custody and taken to the hospital for evaluation. The victim is still being treated for injuries at this time.
