1. Grateful Dead Drummer Wanted For Assault

<span style="font-size: small;">Former Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart may be considering an Alabama getaway after learning cops are on his tail for allegedly assaulting a fan at a recent concert. A warrant for his arrest has been issued accusing the musician of assaulting an unidentified fan at a Mickey Hart Band show on September 8 in Harrodsburg, KY. Details of the alleged incident have not been revealed, though the alleged victim filed a police report shortly after the alleged incident occurred. Yesterday, Hart issued a statement to Rolling Stone, saying in part, “I am totally baffled by a bizarre claim of assault by me coming out of Kentucky… Any accusation or claim of assault against me is completely false and without any basis whatsoever.”
