This will be the duo’s fourth time hosting the annual event, and Brad says he and Carrie want to push the envelope even further this year. “I think people get to know us as jokesters up there a little bit, and they know we’re kidding, and it allows you so much more leeway then you have the first time you do it. You know, I feel like there’s a lot I can get away with this time and…we’ll find out.” The 45<sup>th</sup> Annual CMA Awards air Wednesday, November 9<sup>th</sup> at 8PM Eastern on ABC. If Carrie wins Female Vocalist of the Year this year, it will tie her with Martina McBride and Reba for the most wins in that category with four. I’m a bit of a pyromaniac that way; a night doesn’t go by that I don’t do that. I want a fire in the fireplace and something to eat that I enjoy eating.” While Brad’s enjoying his fireside birthday, he may also take some time out to study his CMA Awards script.
