In the two-hour live finale on <em>NBC</em> Sunday night, the outcome of John and competitor Marlee Matlin’s final task was shown. Both stars created spectacular events showcasing <em>7UP Retro</em> and both impressed the <em>7UP </em>executives. John says winning <em>Celebrity Apprentice</em> is all about how you play the game. <em>“You had to keep your head in the game and you had to be thinking forward and not become a victim of that game. You had to make that game work for you.” </em>During the finale, John and Marlee came together for a performance of John’s “For The Kids,” a song he wrote and made available on <em>iTunes</em> to benefit <em>St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital</em>. <em>“It is the answer to the question, ‘Why did you do Celebrity Apprentice,’ for that performance. Give me a chance to get in front of 30-million people and sing a song about St. Jude and give you an opportunity to go click a button and go put a dollar, twenty-nine in their pocket.
