    Governor <strong>Rick Scott </strong>and his cabinet made one of their semi-regular road trips out of Tallahassee for a cabinet meeting, this time to Orlando's Lake Nona, at the Nemours Children's Hospital, Wednesday. Scott was joined by Attorney General <strong>Pam Bondi</strong>, CFO<strong> Jeff Atwater</strong>,&nbsp; and Agriculture Commissioner <strong>Adam Putnam</strong>. University of Florida and UCF presidents, <strong>Bernie Machen</strong> and<strong> John Hitt,</strong> also attended for briefings on the progress of Orlando's Medical City. Among the highlights: Pam Bondi continuing her new tradition of opening Florida cabinet meetings by presenting a shelter animal onstage -- to encourage Floridians to adopt shelter dogs. Wednesday's cute dog moment was from a 6-year-old shepherd mix named <strong>Goku</strong>, who drew plenty of &quot;awwww"s from the audience.&nbsp;
