  1. Darius Rucker Gives Commencement Speech

    <strong></strong>Last weekend, Darius Rucker returned to his home-state of South Carolina to give the commencement speech at the <em>Medical University of South Carolina</em>. The school presented Darius with an honorary doctorate for all the charity work he has done for the <em>MUSC Children&rsquo;s Hospital</em>. Darius, who was born in Charleston, South Carolina loves his home state but also enjoys taking trips with his wife and three kids.&nbsp; <em>&ldquo;I like to, like vacation wise, I like to go&hellip;anyplace with a beach. You know, and I&rsquo;m like my wife, I&rsquo;m a Disneyland&hellip;I&rsquo;m a Disney guy. I love taking my kids to Disney.&rdquo;</em> Earlier this year, Darius promised his kids a trip to <em>Disney </em>after his song, &ldquo;This&rdquo; went #1 on the country charts.

    Ever since up-and-coming actress Megan Draper (Jessica Pare) donned the same T-shirt that Sharon Tate wore in a 1967 photo shoot, &quot;Mad Men" conspiracy theorists have been <a href="http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/tv/showtracker/la-et-st-mad-men-megan-draper-sharon-tate-theory-20130529,0,1001517.story">writing</a> the character's obituary, believing she'll meet a tragic end along the same lines as the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Manson#Tate_murders">fate</a> that befell the&nbsp;'60s sex symbol. The logic (and we use the word loosely) is that the show hasn't skimped on showing the social upheaval prevalent in 1968 New York, what with all the wailing police sirens, the riots and Peggy stabbing (albeit accidentally) her then boyfriend Abe with a <a href="http://incoherent.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/MMPeggySpear.jpg">makeshift bayonet</a>.
