    Less than 24 hours after a Lancaster City bank robbery, police make an arrest.  Investigators identified 37 year old Dustin Lee Rettew, of Pequea as the primary suspect in the Wednesday afternoon robbery of Northwest Savings Bank on Columbia Avenue.
