    Many people throughout Central Pennsylvania remember Tropical Storm Lee. Many spent days cleaning, pumping and drying out their basements, so talk of Sandy is not being taken lightly. "I had some water in the basement last year during the storm. The drain was oversaturated with the extensive amount of rainwater and I just think it had nowhere to go and it just backed up into the house. I'm trying to get ahead of the curve and making spout extensions to keep water out of the basement," says Russell Shoop of York, who is preparing for the storm.
