  1. Grammy Crasher Faces Jail Time

<span style=&quot;font-size: small;">A few minutes on stage with Adele may cost Grammy Awards crasher Vitalii Sediuk six months in jail. Sediuk, who also kissed Will Smith at a Men In Black 3 premiere in 2012, has been officially charged for the incident. If convicted, he could be hit with a $1,000 fine or a jail sentencebe. "The safety and protection of both participants and attendees of major events held in this city is a priority of my office," L.A. City Attorney Carmen Trutanich said in a statement (via E! News.) "In this age of heightened security, any person who intentionally crosses that line and acts in an irresponsible manner will be held accountable for his or her actions." Back in February, the Ukrainian TV host managed to make it all the way to the Grammy stage and even said a few words before presenter Jennifer Lopez took action. "It's such an honor to receive this award," he said to the audience as Adele, 24, made her way up to accept the award for Best Pop Solo Artist. "I love you, Adele." He was later arrested on suspicion of trespassing. Lopez's rep reacted to the on-stage incident, telling ETonline, "Like Adele said, [Lopez] is her 'good luck charm.'"</span>

  3. Lindsay Accepts Plea Deal

<span style=&quot;font-family: 'Arial', 'sans-serif'; color: black;">After months of refusing to accept a plea deal, <strong>Lindsay Lohan</strong> finally gave in yesterday. Lindsay arrived over 40 minutes late to her lying-to-the-cops trial, and was greeted with</span><a href="http://www.gossipcop.com/lindsay-lohan-glitter-bomb-video-bombed-court-courthouse/"><span style="font-family: 'Arial', 'sans-serif'; color: #1155cc;">a glitter bomb</span></a><span style="font-family: 'Arial', 'sans-serif'; color: black;"> as she walked into the California courthouse. When the case finally got underway, Lindsay agreed to plead no contest to reckless driving and lying to the cops, and will spend 90 days in a locked down rehab facility. In addition, she&rsquo;ll perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months. During that time, she must stay clear of drugs and drug users, and she&rsquo;ll be forced to submit to drug testing. She was also given a 5-day jail sentence on the reckless driving charge, but the residential rehab sentence will cancel it out and she won&rsquo;t have to go to prison. Lindsay also admitted to violating her probation in the jewelry heist case, which earned her a sentence of 180 days in jail, but that was stayed, which means she&rsquo;ll be out of prison as long as she continues to obey all laws. The judge warned her that any slip up during this time period could be devastating and advised her &ldquo;don&rsquo;t drive.&rdquo;</span>

  17. Lohan could play Taylor in upcoming movie

Lindsay Lohan could go from posing as Marilyn Monroe in Playboy to playing Elizabeth Taylor for Lifetime. The actress is in early talks to play the big-screen icon in a television movie for the female-skewing cable network, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. The project is not a new one and has been in development at Lifetime since last May. Independent producer Larry Thompson, who previously worked with the cabler on its 2010 telepic Amish Grace, is overseeing the project. Lohan, a former child model turned actress (and singer), has -- like Taylor -- seen her fair share of career highs and lows. Since debuting in Disney's 1998 remake of The Parent Trap, Lohan starred in features including Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and Herbie: Fully Loaded. More recently, Lohan in November was sentenced to jail time due to a violation of her probation. The actress, who failed to attend court-ordered therapy sessions, was also kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center, where she had been assigned to complete community service hours, after arriving late. Lohan ended up spending less than five hours in jail on Nov. 7 due to overcrowding. Lohan, a longtime fan of Monroe, posed for the January/February issue of Playboy, for which she reportedly received $1 million.
