  21. James Holmes Court Documents Released

Adding a new creepy mug shot to his gallery of already disturbing pictures -new court documents in the James Holmes case have been released. Prosecutors have mounds of paperwork that claim Holmes was banned from the University of Colorado campus for threatening a professor just weeks before he went on his shooting rampage at a Batman movie screening that killed 12 and left 58 others injured. Threatening a professor is not the original story the university gave police. They claimed Holmes was denied access on campus simply because he was no longer a student after withdrawing from classes. If the university in fact knew Holmes was dangerous, their actions could have possibly prevented the Aurora shooting from happening all together. This released info isn`t good for the university or the Holmes defense team. They say their client is mentally ill; leading some to believe Holmes will plead not guilty by reason of insanity. One thing`s for sure, those eyes... definitely crazy.
