    In a recent poll of the 100 largest cities in the country, Seattle was ranked the 11th best city in the nation for summer jobs for young people ages 16 to 24. Also, during the month of April, Washington's unemployment rate went down from 9.2 to 9.1 percent, adding almost 6,000 jobs during the month of April.
