Jake Owen married his fiancee, Lacey Buchanan in a sunrise ceremony in his hometown of Vero Beach, Fla. He announced the nuptials via Twitter, writing “A best friend for life. I now have a wifey … my face hurts from smiling. What a wonderful way to start the rest of my life.” The wedding comes exactly one month after Owen proposed during a hometown show. The 30-year-old Owen and 22-year-old Buchanan began dating after she appeared in his video for ’8 Second Ride’ in 2009 She is also the lead actress in the ‘Barefoot Blue Jean Night’ video. The wedding news comes just a day after Owen was temporarily handcuffed by police, after he was spotted wearing a mask outside of a Steak ‘n Shake restaurant. No charges were filed, and the singer has since apologized for any embarrassment he may have caused.
