If you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past few days, you missed out on some big news: Country-star-daughter-turned-pop-princess Miley Cyrus is engaged! 19-year-old Cyrus’ longtime boyfriend, actor Liam Hemsworth, popped the question last week. On the red carpet at the CMT Music Awards (okay, actually it was purple carpet), award-winning country star Carrie Underwood gave some marriage advice to the happy couple. “Just take it easy. If you can be engaged for a while, plan everything slow and take your first couple of years just to really hang out,” she said to Miley Cyrus via Extra TV, admitting that even she wishes she could have been engaged a bit longer.
