A Florida man accidentally shot his girlfriend during a hunt last week. According to authorities, a 52 year-old man hunting from a tent in Flagler County heard a noise he thought was similar to the game he was hunting, so he fired away, thinking it was his prey. After all, he’d seen the hog only minutes before the shot! Turns out, it was his 52 year-old girlfriend’s rump he’d sunk a bullet into! A .30 caliber rifle pierced both her legs, forcing her to be airlifted to a nearby hospital. The good news is she’s recovering nicely. The bad news? Hog-hunting is probably no longer a date option.
