  1. Keith Urban Caught In Middle Of AI Diva Duel

<span style=&quot;font-size: small;">It&rsquo;s the battle of diva judges on American Idol&hellip;and we&rsquo;re not talking about Keith Urban. The new season of Idol hasn&rsquo;t even hit the airwaves yet, but catfights between judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey are already making headlines everywhere. TMZ obtained footage from Idol &rsquo;s recent audition stop in Charlotte, North Carolina showing the back-and-forth screaming match between the rapper and pop singer. Country&rsquo;s own Keith Urban is positioned between the two, staying mum the whole time. Reportedly, head honchos ended Charlotte auditions early following the blow up. They&rsquo;re worried the two won&rsquo;t be able to co-exist for the long haul. American Idol returns to FOX January of 2013.&nbsp; See the footage <a href="http://www.tmz.com/2012/10/02/nicki-minaj-mariah-carey-fight-american-idol-audition/">here</a>.&nbsp;</span>

  3. Five Nods Makes Aldean Tops

<span style=&quot;font-size: small;">Jason Aldean is one of the artists who received five nominations for this year&rsquo;s CMA Awards. He tied with Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton and Taylor Swift for the most nods, being recognized in the categories of Male Vocalist, Album of the Year for My Kinda Party, Entertainer and Single and Musical Event for &ldquo;Don&rsquo;t You Wanna Stay&rdquo; with Kelly Clarkson. As he anxiously awaits the November 9th awards show, Jason is thinking of his next project. He goes into the studio next month to begin work on his fourth album. &ldquo; The cool thing right now is that we actually have people writing for us, writing for our record. You know, I mean we&rsquo;ve, this&hellip;this being our fourth album, ya know, people kinda know more about what it is that we do and, ya know, are actually going in and writing songs, trying to get on our record. So that&rsquo;s helped a lot&hellip;and, uh, we&rsquo;ve got some great songs so far.&rdquo; Perhaps that awards nomination magic will make another appearance, as Jason reunites with producer Michael Knox for this record.</span>

She worked in radio on Long Island, NY, and also in Louisville, KY, Charlotte, NC, and Cincinnati, Ohio before deciding to come home to Michiana.
