  1. Rolando McClain takes the easy way out

Rolando McClain's professional football career just ended with a thud ("Rolando McClain will retire from NFL," May 16). At the young age of 23 years, he has chosen to retire from the NFL before he even appeared in a Ravens jersey. To be blunt, he's a jerk with skewed priorities.

  7. Why is Baltimore standing by while the Ravens turn into the Florida Marlins of football?

What is wrong with this town? I know there are tons of people out there in Baltimore who are as angry at what just happened to our <a href=&quot;http://www.baltimoresun.com/superbowl/">Super Bowl</a> team as I am, but where is their voice?

  9. In their darkest hour, Newsome saw the light

When almost everyone else thought the team was coming apart, Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome thought his team was coming together.
When almost everyone else thought the team was coming apart, Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome thought his team was coming together. It's hard to see a turnaround when a team fires its offensive coordinator during a losing streak late in the season,...

  23. Looking at defenders recently drafted by the Ravens

The numbers aren&rsquo;t pretty. Through six games, the Ravens are allowing nearly 400 total yards per game and rank near the bottom of the league in a handful of major categories. Sure, they have given up 19.7 points per game, 11th in the NFL, which partially explains why the Ravens are 5-1. But things have been so rough for the defense these past two games, that no one has used their ranking in scoring defense as a crutch this week.
