    For the No. 1-ranked team in 4A, the regional weekend went better than expected.  Andale cruised into Mulvane and won the regional by 17 points over Augusta and secured eight spots in the state tournament at Salina.  Of the Indians’ eight state qualifiers, five made the finals and three of those five will go to Salina as regional champions.

  23. Family Suspects Estranged Husband in College Student's Disappearance

    The family of a missing college student wants to know why her husband has apparently disappeared too. Thirty-five-year-old Amanda Sinkhorn was last seen at the Kansas City Kansas Community College on Sept. 22, after her brother dropped her off on campus. Sinkhorn's brother, Brandon Dow, said he doesn't think it's a coincidence his sister's husband hasn't been located by police.
