  1. Former Kenny Rogers Esate For Sale

    <strong>&nbsp;</strong>A home once owned by country legend Kenny Rogers is now up for sale. The 973-acre estate in Athens, Georgia has since been owned by a real estate investor who recently passed away. Now, the land known as <em>Beaver Dam Farms</em> <em>Resort </em>is back on the market with a 20-million dollar price tag. The home itself is 12-thousand square feet and includes a total of 20 bedrooms between the main house and six guest homes on the property. There&rsquo;s also a private, 18-hole golf course, three lakes, two gyms, two pools, a movie theater, conference room and an equestrian facility. According to the <em>Wall Street Journal</em>, Kenny has owned and sold at least ten homes over the years.

    Carrie Underwood and her hockey husband Mike Fisher recently closed the deal on more than 400 acres of land in Middle Tennessee. According to the <em>Tennessean</em>, the newlyweds bought the Williamson County plot for a total of 3.25-million dollars. Carrie and Mike plan to build a home on the land. The real estate broker, who described the couple as &ldquo;<em>very good to deal with</em>,&rdquo; also sold Kix Brooks his property, an area now famously known as <em>Arrington Vineyards</em>.
