1. Journey's Schon Suing Ex-Mother-In-Law

<span style="font-size: small;">The former mother-in-law of Journey guitarist Neal Schon has been slapped with a lawsuit filed by the musician, who claims she’s been posting slanderous comments online. Schon filed the defamation lawsuit against Judy Kozan, the mother of Amber Schon, whom the musician divorced in 2007. Schon says Kozan has “attacked and harassed” him via online posts in which she claims he’s left her daughter “in a situation where she literally has no money for food, gas for the car, bills, nothing,” while letting their two daughters “go homeless.” Schon says he paid his ex-wife over $1.3 million, and is now suing his ex-mother-in-law (who has since deleted the incriminating blog posts) for at least $75,000.
