1. Vince Gill Disappointed In Today's Country

<span style="font-size: small;">Vince Gill isn’t happy with the direction country music is headed according to a recent interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The Country Music Hall of Fame member says he takes issue with some of today’s country, saying, “I would love to hear someone write a song like 'He Stopped Loving Her Today' rather than 'You're hot. I'm hot. We're in a truck.' It's just mind-numbing to me.” The guitar slinger also states his disappointment in record sales across the board, noting that the value of music isn’t what it used to be. Vince’s western-swing band the Time Jumpers will release a new album this August.
