Christina Ayala</strong> says she won't buckle under pressure to resign following her arrest in a domestic dispute (which follows charges in an August hit-and-run) but the incident is nonetheless jeopardizing her seat. Ayala, 29, requested a protective order against her boyfriend. In the filing, she listed her address as 49 Hillside Ave. in Bridgeport, which is just outside the 128th House District &mdash; the one she was elected to represent. Under statelaw, House members must reside in the district they serve. On candidate paperwork, Ayala claimed she lived at 604 Noble Ave., but neighbors told a Connecticut Post reporter they had not seen her recently. The State House leader has told her she must move by Jan. 9, the start of the new session.
