Sara R. Goodpaster, Owingsville, second-degree robbery, amended to two charges of theft by unlawful taking less than $500, 365 days; and fourth-degree assault, 365 days; leaving scene of accident, 30 days, all time concurrently with each other and with state time now serving in Montgomery County, credit for 94 days served; no driver's license, dismissed.

Jerry L. Holt, 20, 25 Holladay Drive, no driver's license, 12 days, probated one year; possession of marijuana, $200.

Clayton S. Marcum, Manchester, theft by unlawful taking, amended to facilitation of theft by unlawful taking less than $500, $100, 15 days; two counts of contempt of court, 30 days on each count, consecutively, credit for three days served, remaining time probated one year, $51.12 restitution, banned from Walmart.

Cody M. Ramsey, Mount Vernon, receiving stolen property less than $500, 365 days, credit for 30 days served, remaining time probated two years.

Dugan Reed, 18, 150 N. Alta Ave., fourth-degree domestic assault, $100, 30 days; contempt of court, 10 days, consecutively, credit for seven days served, remaining time probated one year.

Jennifer L. Tully, 39, Junction City, theft by unlawful taking, $200, 30 days, probated one year, $114.76 restitution, banned from Walmart.

Donna Pearl Turpin, 52, 60 Benedict Drive, fourth-degree assault, $100, 30 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated one year.

Zachary S. Young, 19, 201 S. Alta Ave., DUI under age 21, amended to DUI, first offense, $200, license suspended 120 days; careless driving and possession of open alcohol container in vehicle, both dismissed.
