13 Manager Ozzie Guillen

Contract status: First season of four-year, $10 million deal.

Good stat: Last season led all American League managers with 49 intentional walks, 35 of which yielded good results as defined by The Bill James Handbook.

Bad stat: His 2011 White Sox were last in the AL with a 60.4 percent success rate on steal attempts.

Comment: The Marlins traded right-hander Jhan Marinez and middle infielder Ozzie Martinez to the White Sox for the Guillen's right. Almost immediately after the White Sox announced Guillen's eight-year tenure was over, the Marlins introduced him as their new manager on the last day of season. The outspoken Guillen was 678-617 and led the White Sox to two AL Central pennants and the 2005 World Series championship.
