PHOTO: Homicide in Souderton

The scene where a 9-year-old suburban Philadelphia girl whose body was found around midnight Monday in a trash container outside the apartment complex where she lived. Police confirmed the body of Skyler Kauffman was found in the garbage bin behind the Souderton Gardens Apartments in Souderton, about 20 miles north of Philadelphia. The suspect lives in the complex, police said.
