The 930 Poydras Residential Tower in New Orleans earned a 2011 AIA housing award for the firm of <a href="http://www.eskewdumezripple.com/">Eskew & Dumez & Ripple</a>. The 21-story mixed-use project includes 250 apartments and a "sky lobby," a ninth-floor glass box that cantilevers out and provides a lounge where residents can mingle at a coffee bar or watch a movie screening.
