Contact: 407-316-8500 The lowdown: Amura opened at the old Church Street Market in 1998 under the name Samurai. However, a complaint from another restaurant claiming rights to that name caused the owners to drop the first and last letters to come up with a new and unique name. The restaurant has sister operations in Lake Mary and Dr. Phillips. |
