David J. Bryant has been named managing partner of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP's Chicago office. Bryant has practiced at Katten for 24 years and serves as the national chair of the firm’s real estate practice. Bryant specializes in commercial real estate law and has substantial experience in acquisitions, dispositions and investments in real estate assets, real estate development, real estate finance (including mezzanine financing), joint venture and partnership formation, and financing.
