Accused neglect at animal shelter

Authorities Saturday remove 100 animals, many malnourished, from Dazzle's Painted Pastures Animal Rescue and Sanctuary near Tinley Park. The owner, Dawn Hamill, 41, was charged with misdemeanor neglect of owner's duties and cruel treatment. Officials have shut down the facility. Read more >>
