1952: Flash flood

In 1952 a flash flood caused by a hurricane washed 21 cars down the main street of <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100612040000" title="Ellicott City" href="/topic/us/maryland/howard-county/ellicott-city-PLGEO100100612040000.topic">Ellicott City</a> along with household furnishings and store merchandise.
