Leigh Emerson

16-year-old Leigh Emerson of Lothian practices before her music test of the new Achievement Program. The program is a venture by Carnegie Hall and Canada's Royal Conservatory of Music to establish nationally standardized testing of music skills. The test was held at Anne Arundel Community College.
